"I have used various renters and car insurance companies for quite a few years now. I began working with State Farm for renters insurance this summer when moving to a new apartment. I was able to receive a great quote and start my active renters coverage all in the time it took my leasing office to print and execute a copy of my new lease. Since then, I moved apartments and was able to quickly and easily update my coverage to the new unit and lease term. The process and price was so amazing that I had my partner who I live with switch to State Farm as well, where his car insurance actually went down. I recently purchased a new car and planned to bundle both just like him. The entire process was faster than it took the actual car to just go through a state inspection. Even when my personal agent is unavailable, I have had other representatives jump in and help me with the process. They are fast to respond to both emails and calls and make the process of moving into a new home or buying a new car enjoyable like it should be.
